The Board of Directors of La Raza Lawyers of Santa Clara County Charitable Foundation is thrilled to announce that the Foundation’s 27th Annual Scholarship Dinner will be returning to one of our favorite pre-pandemic venues, the San Jose Marriott, 301 South Market Street, San Jose, California, on October 4, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bring your dancing shoes as we come back to the San Jose Marriott to commemorate our past and honor our future, where we will bring back our festive traditions of enjoying a live trio before the dinner and a DJ after the award ceremonies, as well as surprise you with new delights for your pleasure.
We invite you to attend this joyous occasion and support us in our goal of funding scholarships for worthy local law students who have ably demonstrated their commitment to the betterment of our community. Over the years, the Foundation has awarded nearly $400,000 to these scholars, and with your generous assistance, we can fund even more grants going forward.
Our honored guests this year include Master of Ceremonies Damian Trujillo (television reporter and host, NBC Bay Area), Keynote Speaker Willie Hernandez (international general counsel, Coca-Cola Company), and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Tony Estremera (board member, Santa Clara Valley Water District).
