It is with great pride that we welcome you to the website for the La Raza Lawyers of Santa Clara County Charitable Foundation.  We have come a long way since the late Andrew Gonzalez started our mission in the early 1990’s. Since that time, we have provided tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships directly to Bay Area law students committed to representing and serving the Latino community.

Now accepting applications for the 2016 La Raza Lawyers Summer Clerkship Program 

The Santa Clara County La Raza Lawyers Supreme Court Summer Clerkship program is for 1st year students to experience working with the Supreme Court Lawyers, while earning a scholarship for the summer.  One student will be placed with Supreme Court Justice Tino Cuéllar for the summer.  That student will also receive a $5,000 scholarship from La Raza Lawyers to cover their expenses for the summer.  Candidates will be interviewed by Justice Cuéllar and his staff and be evaluated based on community activities and writing ability.
