ELIGIBILITY: The scholarship grants are available to law students who: Are from the Bay Area (The Foundation will decide on a case-by-case basis if student meets this criterion); -OR- Attend law school at Santa Clara University, Lincoln Law School, UC Berkeley, the Monterey College of Law, UC Law of San Francisco, Stanford, Golden Gate University, UC Davis, or McGeorge; Are a PRESENTLY enrolled law student (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year); Demonstrate a commitment to legal equality of the underserved and underprivileged, as
evidenced by community and extracurricular activities; Demonstrate a financial need.
The Foundation may also consider other compelling criteria.
